I used to think concentration was the only way to meditate. The way my mind works, that type of concentration just made me feel like a failure at meditating, so I stopped trying. But, simply concentrating on whatever task I’m doing (turning off the tv or social media, even turning off music) and just being present with that one task has helped! It’s not just sitting on a pillow with chimes in the background, it concentrating on whatever I’m doing wherever I am 🙂
